If you have a lot of weight to lose and want to jump-start the process -- with your doctor's permission -- or if you need to quickly get rid of a five- to ten-pound weight gain, you'll find the one-week Bikini Diet helpful. With very low calories and high fiber, the Bikini Diet is highly effective, and for those seven days, you will not be deprived nutritionally. It should not be followed any longer than the one week, however, and should not be used more than once a year."
